Flannel

1. A soft cloth material woven from wool, possibly combined with cotton or synthetic fibers. My wife wears flannel pajamas.
2. (slang) To flatter; suck up to. Don't flannel me.
3. Often used for outer clothing, pajamas and children's sheets. Flannel sheets help keep young children warm.
