2. A sweet innocent mild-mannered person (especially a child). My granddaughter is a lamb.
3. The flesh of a young domestic sheep eaten as food. Lamb was on the menu for dinner tonight.
4. To give birth to a young sheep. The sheep lambed in early January this year.
