Peanut

1. A prostrate southern Brazilian plant widely cultivated in tropical and warm temperate regions, having yellow flowers on stalks that bend over so that the seed pods ripen underground. They raised peanuts on their farm.
2. Nut of the peanut vine. We love to eat peanuts.
