Peacock "Male"

1. A male peafowl, distinguished by a crested head, brilliant blue or green plumage, and long modified back feathers that are marked by iridescent eyelike spots and can be spread in a fanlike form. Peacocks are beautiful but can make a terrible mess.
2. A vain person; a dandy. The young man strutted around like a peacock.
