Gull

1. Any of various chiefly coastal aquatic birds of the family Laridae, having long wings, webbed feet, a thick, slightly hooked beak, and usually gray and white plumage. Often referred to as a Seagull. Seagulls can be seen in all 50 states of the USA. Gulls nest in large, densely packed noisy colonies.
