Spring rolls is a good dish and often served . We often serve them here at our home when we have friends over for a Chines dinner. The center consists of vegetables, with ginger and garlic, and optionally pork, beef of shrimp. It is covered with a rice of flour wrapper and then fried. We always enjoy them.
