One of the joys in dining in China is seeing and tasting new dishes. Our good friend Reno knows what we like but a often suggests and orders some new dishes we don't know of. This is one of those. Some radishes in China are huge and vary in size, color and taste. We enjoyed this dish we have seen for the first time.
