Typical Chinglish - English expression in Chinese word order, or misuse of English words. You can even find very extreme ones such as "For Disformed" on a wheelchair accessible toilet. We do admire that China is beginning to post signs in English. The photo is not to diminish their effort, it just gave us a good chuckle.
