Fried Jiaozi - 15

One dish all of China enjoys is jiaozi (pronounced (Jow Za). Sometimes fried and sometimes boiled it is found all over China. We have taught our sons to make them and we often eat them as well. Sometimes you will find them in American Chinese restaurants listed as "Potstickers." Most often the centers will be filled with cabbage flavored with garlic and ginger. Sometimes pork or shrimp will be added to the center mixture.
