On this evening in Nanjing we had dinner in the hotel Dining room not in a private dining room. A Chinese friend of many years helped with the ordering of the dishes. He knows what kind of dishes Bernice and I like but always orders some dishes we don't know about to broaden our horizons. We appreciate both of these approaches. Glasses are provided for soft drinks, wine and hard liquor. If you don't wish any of these simply turn the glass over and it will be removed. Use the wet towel for your hands and face and place it back in the holder and it will be removed.
