We enjoy Chinese Tea. It comes in many varieties. Green tea is the most common but our favorite is the jasmine or other flower teas. In fine dining rooms it will always be made with fresh tea and never tea bags. In past years (1980s) that never served tea at the table but in a separate room and than you went to the dining room
