This dish of Sauteed Chicken Filet in Egg White was the first to arrive. Reno knew Bernice and me well so he knew the types of dishes we liked. Always take care when a dish has red pepper in it. It may be spicy hot. You can just avoid the red pepper itself. Just set it aside. That is quite an acceptable procedure.
