Donkey Restaurant in Baoding - 2008 Mapo Dofu - 7 The next dish to arrive was Mapo Dofu. Dofu or Tofu in a peppery sauce. Somewhat hot but not fiery. A favorite dish throughout all of China, but originated in Sichuan Province.
