Six donkey burgers arrived for us to try. The young lad with us had several. The owner saw we had enjoyed them and sent over a gift of six more for us to take home. I asked him where the source of donkey meat came from and he replied from Sichuan province. I asked it they had to walk the 800 miles to get to Hebei province and he laughed and said no.
