The rain ruined our plan for more places in Baoding after our visit to the Jingxiu Park. I told Dr. Jin that we can have Plan B. Our Baoding friends are quick in making plans. They told me that we would meet at the West Neighborhood Restaurant at 17:00. A wonderful Plan B. This is the view from the gate of the restaurant. The rain is still going on.
