Here we gather our friends from three taxis to have lunch at the restaurant James has picked out for us. Name of Restaurant is Hong Zhuan Yuan (Zhuan Yuan means "a student ranked number one nation-wide on college entrance exam and admitted by top colleges in the capital city Beijing." It's also used as a honorable title for highly recognized scholar in an non-official/cultural way; Hong means "grand, honorable." Hong Zhuang Yuan is a famous chain restaurant in Beijing City. They serve traditional style breakfast and fast food, the business claims to serve healthy and tasty food of Old Peking.
