This jacket was of cotton and created by a local tailor here in Xinzheng. The material cost 10 Yuan RMB or about $1.20 US and the tailor charged 60 Yuan RMB or about $7.50 US. We bought about 8 meters of this material for 20 Yuan a meter (39 inches) for a coat and Jacket for Bernice and a shirt for Paul.
