9. Handmade Noodles

The two strands of noodles have now become four and it is ready for the boiling water. She must move quickly so it does not fall on the floor. After boiling it goes into two bowls and some soup is added for flavor. It was delicious. But the very long noodles take some good handling if you don't want it to splatter all over your clothes. Her shop is near a high school and she does a great deal of business with the students.
