4. International Shot Record

These are the shots we have taken over the years for overseas travel. Typhoid is most always a must as is tetanus and hepatitis. Hepatitis is very common in the Far East. We always take pneumonia shots also. Our shot record is long because we traveled to over 40 countries since 1976. You can sometimes get some shots at county Public Health Services at little or no costs. These are entries in the International Certificates of Vaccination form.
