22. Dai Lady Weaving Wool Cloth

This Dai lady is weaving wool to make cloth. In this part of China and many others spinning and weaving is not a hobby, it is a necessity. The people do not have the resources to buy cloth and so they produce their own for their own use. The lady offered to sell the cloth to Bernice but Bernice did not buy it. Since then she has wished many times that she had bought the cloth. She is working on the ground floor under the house.
