10. Patsy in Burn Hospital

Patsy and Sally alternate helping Bernice in the burn hospital. In this hospital there are no nursing care or food service. Because Bernice cannot bend her arms or legs, she must have help eating and going to the bathroom. Sally and Patsy spend the night and teams of students are there during the day to help her. Students bring lots of food for her to eat. Doctors have recommended that she eat at least 4 eggs a day. The miracle is that she did not get an infection from the burn areas. She suffered first, second and third degree burns.
