Lin Biao -- On China's Relations with Foreign Countries - Page 9
The foreign policy of our Party and Government is consistent. It is: to develop relations of friendship, mutual assistance and co-operation with socialist countries on the principle of proletarian internationalism; to support and assist the revolutionary struggles of all the oppressed people and nations; and to strive for peaceful coexistence with countries having different social systems on the basis of the Five Principles of mutual respect to territorial integrity and sovereignty, mutual non-aggression, non-interference in each other's internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit and peaceful coexistence, and to oppose the imperialist policies of aggression and war. Our proletarian foreign policy is not based on temporary expediency; it is a policy in which we have long persisted.
This is what we did in the past and we will persist in doing the same in the
future.
The Communist Party of China is determined to unite and fight together with
them. We firmly support the Albanian people in their struggle against
imperialism and revisionism; we firmly support the Vietnamese people in
carrying their war of resistance against U.S. aggression and for national
salvation through to the end' we firmly support thee revolutionary struggles of
the people of Laos, Thailand, Burma, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Palestine and
other countries and regions in Asia, Africa and Latin America; we firmly support
the proletariat, the students and youth and the masses of Black people of the
United States in their just struggle against the U.S. ruling clique; we firmly
support the proletariat and the laboring people of the Soviet Union in their
just struggle to overthrow the Soviet revisionist renegade clique.
