In 2002, Dot Garlow, one of the teachers teaching at SIAS University took a walk in the city park in Xinzheng. She came across this group playing just for the fun of it and took these pictures. She shared them with me. These amateur groups can often be found playing in the park just for their and the public's enjoyment. This is a close-up of the Sheng and Erhu players. The Sheng is on the left.
