Chinese Traditional Musical Group
1. Chinese Amateur Traditional Band One afternoon in late winter we were walking through a park and heard some music. Upon investigating we came across this wonderful group of people playing just for the fun of it. They were most delighted that we were so interested. We watched and listened for some time until my student, who was with us, said we needed to move on. The group wanted to take a rest but didn't stop because we were there as their audience. The instruments from left to right are, the banhu, bangu, souna, sheng, clave, erhu, tuned drums, and a cymbal. ⇦ Back to Page 13 On to Page 2 ⇨HI-Res Pic (180K) Return to Scenes Page 1 |
