The hotel manager showed great interest in making us feel welcome and comfortable. At times we got lost in how, when and where we needed to go. He showed great patience in helping us. One point of confusion for us lay in the fact hat our room number was 6812 but that room was on the eighth floor. I have no idea why this happens. They use electronic keys which we locked in our room and he gracefully made another so we could get back in our room. His graceful and polite demeanor was a comfort to us.
