Chinese Cauliflower

Chinese cauliflower is a little more yellow than that which we most often see in the United States. I especially enjoyed it as well as the beautiful decoration using flowers, carrots, and cucumbers. Note the Chinese fisherman using cormorants fishing on the Li river in Quilin in the bottom right of the dish. Also note the elegant placement of the food on the dish itself that enhances both the decoration and the images on the plate.
