Here I stand in wonder at all of the bustling crowd while My handler Michael tries to find out how to start the procedure for a visiting foreigner to get treatment. He wanders over to the table in the center with the nurses with pink outfits and hats. While I wait I get out my camera and begin to take some pictures.
