Taking the doctor's report with the forged statement back to the airline representative we give it to her. She departs and then after a while comes back to say that they accept the document we can now fly. Of course we have missed our plane and we must wait to see if we can get aboard another flight. My Chinese son had arranged to fly first class so we wait in the first class lounge. Hours pass by. We eat a good dinner served at the lounge and at about midnight we get news we can board a plane for Guangzhou at last.
