They bring in a pot for each person at the table and you choose the stock you wish to use. I choose sweet and sour. Sandy's pot here had a combination of stocks. I don't know what she chose. They add some spices and stiffeners to the pot. You can see some of the choices that people picked out. It amounted to a virtual myriad of things.
