Mutton Soup

Mutton soup arrived next. I tried to explain that Americans do not normally eat mutton. Not quite sure why. I would venture a guess that the pork and beef industry has always portrayed that sheep and sheep herders belong in a lower class. Movies show cowboys as the good guys and the sheep people as dirty and unkempt.
