City of Xinzheng Officials Class -- 1999

This is a class that Paul and Nathan volunteered to teach for the City officials of Xinzheng. In the front row are the number one and two men in the city Government. The two men on the left are the Party Secretary and the Mayor of the City of Xinzheng. The Party secretary left to take a position in a bigger city and the Mayor took over the Party Secretary and a Lady became the new Mayor. The TV cameras are there for the publicity to show on the local TV station. Bernice is giving an introduction.
