Lujiang University Student Scenes

Sally Li

This is Sally Li. She was one of our best students at Lujiang University in Xiamen when we taught there in 1994-5. She took care of Bernice when Bernice was badly burned in a fire. Bernice spent a month in the hospital and Sally spent each night with Bernice because there was no nursing care. We could not have done it without her help. She is like a daughter to us. She has a very good job with IKEA, a Swedish company with offices worldwide. Sally's English is excellent. She helped us so much when we lived in Xiamen. We had dinner with her and her family in 1994 and again in 1999 during our Spring Festival break. She is an excellent friend to us and so helpful.
