15. First Glimpse of Wall

Here we glimpse our first view of the wall. One thing I recommend if you are planning to spend even a couple of hours at the Wall, take snacks. There are people selling cans of coke or bottled water at the top (at exorbitant prices of course) and there were a couple of stalls selling strange dried meats and nuts where the parking lot is but nothing really tempting food-wise. We wish we had taken a couple of energy bars or a couple of pieces of fruit with us. Recognize the light was not the best that day so some photo's quality did not rise to our best standards.
