16. Free Market

Bernice is trying to spend her money here in the what is called the "Free Market." Not that anything is free but that it is a free enterprise market. If you ever go a state-run store you will see the difference. There the clerks spend most of their time reading and drinking tea and take it as an insult when you ask for help or information.
