After spending a week in Baoding we want to go to Nanjing. The Beijing Nanjing train does not stop in Baoding so we had to hire a van to drive us to Beijing to catch the train to Nanjing there. Here we arrive at the Beijing railway station, seen straight ahead. I have never seen a more ridiculous situation than this station. Passengers cannot be left off on the other side of the street in front of the station. See the next pictures.
