Yearly Weather for Heihe, Heilongjiang, China

Heihe experiences a monsoon influenced humid continental climate, as the July temperature is only a fraction below 22 ºC) with very cold, dry winters and warm, wet summers. The city is located at the right bank of the Amur, opposite to the Russian city of Blagoveshchensk. The Amur has formed China's border with Russia since the 1858 Aigun Treaty and 1860 Treaty of Peking. The area north of the Amur had previously belonged to Imperial China.
