14. Vice-President Noll's Office

This is the classroom building where all the Sias University classes are held. My University office is behind the blue Venetian blinds on the third floor. The building is heated with central steam heat during the winter. Most rooms are furnished with TV sets that are hooked up to a central system so movies can be piped to all classrooms. The University owns about 200 American movies that can be borrowed by teachers. Bernice and I bought some 200 videos from a wholesale video outfit in southern California for the university. We brought them to China in our suitcases.
