Chengdu, Sichuan 35. Student Jiaozi Party Here Bernice and I are enjoying a bowl of Jiaozi, dumpling filled with cabbage and pork, and seasoned with garlic and ginger. It is something that all Chinese eat all over China. We have been fed jiaozi from one end of China to the other. We love them. You dip them in vinegar, red pepper oil and soy sauce. My mouth is watering now thinking about some jiaozi. The student on the right invited us to his scientific optical unit for a lecture.
