581st Signal RR Co. at Chosin Reservoir, 1950 - Norm Deptula
1. Members of the "Chosin Few" - Norm Deptula, Fred Held, Ray Bucci Norm Deptula Got his freedom from the Army on August 30, 1951. He returned home in Webster, Mass. After working for a year he entered Boston University and graduated in 1956 with a degree in Liberal Arts and Education. From 1956 to 1990 he taught in the local High School (science and biology), and retired in 1990. Since then he has been very active in veteran's affairs.
