Unknown Location

Background: A user came from an IP address for which the location is unknown. The database that maps IP addresses to location is updated once a month. Users who connect from new IP address locations before the database is updated will show up as being from an unknown location.

This differs from the "anonymous proxy" where a user is explicitly taking steps to hide their IP address (and this hide their location). Here, unknown location means we do not know where their IP address is located in the world.
