Coopers Hawk Accipiter cooperii - Uncommon; in open woodlands and wood margins. Best told from Sharp-shinned Hawk but comparatively rounded tail, large head, white terminal tailband, and slower wing beat. As in other accipiters, the immature shows rich brown streaking.
