Black-throated Gray Warbler Dendroica caerulescens - Common in dry western deciduous or coniferous scrub. The combination of dark cheek patches and very faintly streaked back distinguishes it in all plumages. The tiny yellow facial spot is hard to see, but diagnostic. Song is of slightly wheezy notes.
