Canning Dried Onions

We have a second refrigerator in our garage. Here you can see part of the contents. On the top shelf you can see some dried apples and Asian pears. On the next shelf down you can see a box of Asian pears we will dry after the onions. On the next shelf down you can see a 2 pound box of Jonagold apples we will dry. We paid 7 dollars for the 20 pounds of Jonagold apples and 10 cents each for the Asian pears.
