Here we show our work setup. Paul sits on the right where he cuts them in half and puts them in Bernice's tray. She in turn removes the seed and trims when needed and puts the halves in the bowl to her right. A dish with clear cold water sits in front of her to rinse her knife when it is needed. After taking the photo Paul goes back to work.
