Inside Back of Dehydrator - 21

I include a photo showing the inside back of the dehydrator. I have unscrewed the back cover to show the insides. In the center bottom is the heater element. To the right is the thermostat where you can set the temperature you wish to dry your food. In the far center you can see the fan the keeps the air moving and distributes it to the trays above.
