We are ready to start filling these trays. Before we fill the tray you need to put either some oil spray or margarine on the tray. Spray the "Pam" type of oil or smear some margarine on the tray. We then use a paper towel to distribute to margarine or oil to cover the bottom and sides. This will make the removal of the leather much easier after they have been dried. We purchased these trays (4) for about $6. While they were made for a circular dehydrator they fit quite well in our dehydrator. We pour the sauce in a circle and will then spread it around adding more if needed.
