Freezing Blueberry Leathers

19. Fill Baggie

As we roll up each quarter we place them into Baggies. As we fill the Baggies we mark it with the contents and the date. Later you might not be able to tell which is blueberry and which is cherry. Put in the freezer, they will keep for a long time, 1 to 2 years.
