Wash Apples - 1

The first thing we do is to wash the apples in slightly warn clear water. Bernice will rub the apples with her hand or brush as she feels is needed. As she washes each apple she puts them in the tray to the left. It is important to use the brush at each end of the apple. Often debris and dirt lie in these ends.
