Measure Sugar and Starch - 6

We measure out our 1/2 cup of sugar and put it into a bowl. You can use less sugar if you desire or none at all if you wish. Next we add the four tablespoons of starch to the sugar. We are using tapioca starch but you can use whatever starch you prefer.
