Making Cheesecake Bars 24. Wrap with Foil When the cheesecake bars have completely cooled we cut them into bars about 1 by 3 inch bars. We then wrap them in bunches suitable for our family size for those not to be used now. They will be put into the freezer for later use. Mark with tape the contents and the current month/year. I added the date after this photo. When you put them into the freezer separate them to allow them to freeze faster.
